Jose Salas – Chief Executive Officer
Jose Salas is the founding partner and Chief Executive Officer of Pride Recovery Services. His experience in debt collection exceeds 14 years. Jose started his career in Sunnyside, WA performing third party collections for the Sunnyside Municipal Court, and other local companies. He has managed portfolios for Bank of America, Checkmate, Verizon and over 1 million units of property management collections. Jose has held every position from collector, to sales manager, to chief operations officer, and now CEO.
Crystal Salas – President
Crystal Salas is the President of Pride Recovery Services. She was quite literally raised in collection agencies and has worked in the collections industry since she was fifteen years old. She has done almost everything that can be done in collections, including; client services, support, legal, sales, compliance and management. She brings a thorough knowledge of every aspect of the collections process and an unparalleled track record of excellence. She is a former President of the Future Business Leaders of America and has received her associates degree.
Mario Amaro – Sales Manager
Mario Amaro is the Sales Manager of Pride Recovery Services. Mario brings superior customer service with his five years of experience in management and sales. With a degree in business from Central Washington University, Mario came from the second largest distribution company in the nation in selling exterior building products in the Seattle area. Mario moved back to the Sunnyside area to be closer to his family and friends and now brings his competitive drive with him to succeed and be part of the best collection agency.
